Woodchuck Winter Chill Weekend: RECAP!
February 9, 2015
It was another weekend full of great music, with great people, and Real Cider From A Real Place™. However this time, we made it a bit seasonal! We took our Winter Chill and brought it to the beautiful green mountains, all covered with snow. We had a KICK-ASS kick-off party on Friday night at Higher Ground with a performance by Rubblebucket, and opener Madaila. We then took to the slopes on Saturday and brought the Winter Chill Weekend fun up to Sugarbush Resort. With an indoor/outdoor Après-Ski party, and performance by Josh Panda, we enjoyed the fresh powder and tunes. Oh that’s right… there may have been some fireworks! We capped off the weekend with a final toast at Nectar’s and a performance by the Seth Yacovone Band. We’d say it was an overall success. Take a look at some highlights…
With a sold out show at Higher Ground, it only made sense to have a talented illusionist on hand. (He might have resembled someone who you could say has a lot of Gumption…)
The cider was flowing, the energy was high, and the crowd got pumped with opener Madaila.
A full house for this SOLD OUT show!
Quick break for a cider refill, then Rubblebucket took the stage…
As Day 2 rolled around with a blanket of fresh powder, it was time to hit the slopes.
Photo booth fun and giveaways, Apres-Ski partying, and naturally, a Woodchuck® ice sculpture.
When the lifts shut down, it was time to wrap up the day with a performance by Josh Panda, and of course, FIREWORKS!
It was then time for a final pint at Nectar’s, with a performance by Seth Yacovone Band.
Thank you to everyone that joined us for another great Woodchuck weekend, and we can’t wait for next time! ‘Chuckin Cheers!
