Sugar and spice and everything… well, lots of spice.
When our Cider Makers went Out on a Limb for the next installment of this series, they looked to their favorite redheads for inspiration. With a little zing and a feisty bite, let us introduce Woodchuck® Out on a Limb Ginger Lovin’!
It all started with ginger root from Brazil.
Our Cider Maker John Matson broke up the pieces, pushing them through the food processor. 
From there, the root was thrown right into our custom extraction tank… AKA Giant Tea bag. Our small batch hard cider filtered through the root, extracting notes of ginger with spicy citrus undertones.
Lastly, bottled and packed into the same Out on a Limb 6-pack as each style, easily recognized on the shelf!
